• PSHE Money Maple class

  Following on from our interest in currency in our PSHE lesson Mrs Cunningham kindly brought in notes and coins that her husband has collected while working around the world. The children were so excited! We found a 10,000 Vietnamese dong note which we thought was a lot of money until Mrs Cunningham told us that it only equates to 35p! 

  

• Castle building in Cedar class

  This term, we have enjoyed learning all about castles, why and who they were built for and the types of jobs people did in a castle. Over the last few days we have built our own impressive castles using our knowledge about castles to construct them. We have worked carefully and are all very proud of our castles.  🏰 🛡 

  

• Y6 Everest DT - Bread

  Just before we finished for the half term break, Y6 completed their DT topic. They used some fantastic skills to design, make and bake their speciality breads. It looked, smelt and tasted absolutely amazing! Well done Everest.
